Perfect house for a group of 7
This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had by far. Host was so responsive and went over and above to make us feel welcome. A group of 7 of us stayed for the weekend and had plenty of space and more amenities than we could have hoped for. Will absolutely stay here again.
Cozy and Clean Home! Loved our stay!
We stayed at Roxie House as a group of 6, and Kim truly went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable. When we arrived, she had little snacks waiting on the table and travel toothbrushes set out in each bathroom—such a thoughtful. The house was SO clean, and cozy. I enjoyed the cute touches throughout the house with local recommendations, and easy access to any questions we had with checking out. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better home for our group.

We stayed here for a weekend at Keeneland, and the location was perfect—super quick drive and really easy to get in and out. Coming back to a clean, comfy place after the races was awesome. The house had everything we needed, plenty of space, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Kim and Doug were very responsive the whole time. Highly recommend, especially if you’re heading to Keeneland!

We loved our time here. It was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly calming. Kim was quick to respond and so accommodating, especially when we had questions about checking in very late at night. She made everything feel easy and welcoming. We would stay again without hesitation.
Family Friendly
I frequent Georgetown for work trips and this time decided to bring my family (+ our dog!) for a week getaway. The home, location, and host were great. My kids loved the game area, I really enjoyed having a gym for quick workouts, and my wife loved being just a short walk from the downtown area. The fenced yard was great for our dog too. My kids have already asked when we get to go back—so we’ll definitely be returning soon

Perfect stay
Wonderful stay with my family! The property is incredibly spacious and the home was very comfortable. We felt like we had everything we needed during our trip, and the cute welcome booklet with local recommendations was such a great touch. It’s located in a well-kept neighborhood, yet the fully fenced-in yard gave us so much privacy and a peaceful, secluded feel. The house is large enough to offer plenty of personal space while still providing great areas for everyone to gather together. Thank you so much Kim and Doug!
Amazing Stay!
Amazing stay! Kim was super responsive and made everything really easy for our group. Seven of us stayed for the weekend and had plenty of space, plus way more amenities than we expected. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again.

Kim and Doug were extremely friendly and quick to respond. The place was spotless and fully stocked with everything you’d want and need. I mentioned to the host that I was planning to bring my dogs along, and they left some little treats out for them. I've never felt so welcomed by hosts before. I 100% recommend staying here!
